Our services
SBS provides responsible, reliable and trained respite workers in Manitoba, Canada. We are available to assist challenged individuals in hospitals, private/foster/group homes, as well as rehabilitation and special centres. We offer a range of services for ages 0-21 years old children, infant and toddler care, family maintenance, apprehension prevention, residential group homes, Level 5 stand -alone placements for high risk teens, independent living placements, transportation and shopping.
On Location
Our services are in home or community settings, whether the client lives dependently or independently.
Support
Assistance with physical, cognitive and behavioural challenges. Positive mentoring and transportation are also some of the services we provide.
Always available
Our hours of operation are 24 hours/ 7 days per week. Scheduled or on an emergency basis.

Aid in daily life
Our team will enforce structure and routine while maintaining appropriate supervision. Our workers will teach cultural awareness and encourage client's interests and a healthy lifestyle.
Cognitive skills
Personal hygiene, home skills, social skills, independent living, and decision making will be addressed by our Support workers.
Reporting
Our workers will maintain a daily log and verbally report incidents to social worker, foster parent or care worker, while maintaining a trusting relationship with the client.
